1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the tq66 platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, casino services, promotions, and any other features made available by tq66 (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account or otherwise making use of the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of tq66 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only on the tq66 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tq66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tq66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following locally integrated payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency accounts or international card payments are accepted at this time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and are published in the platform's banking help section.

• Deposits are credited to your tq66 wallet in real time in most cases. Processing delays attributable to the payment provider are outside tq66's control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by tq66 within the timeframes published in the banking section. Most withdrawals are completed within minutes for verified accounts.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• tq66 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your tq66 wallet. Contact support promptly if you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly.
• tq66 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which tq66 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tq66 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. General bonus conditions applicable across all tq66 promotions are as follows:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up offer may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other active offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6 Betting Rules

tq66 offers sports betting (including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and slot games. The following general betting rules apply across all product types:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after placement, except where a cash-out feature is explicitly available and you elect to use it.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or software malfunction during a game or bet, tq66 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your wallet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tq66 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balances withheld, and the matter referred to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been credited to your tq66 account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account security measures.
• Attempting to launder money or use the tq66 platform for any illicit financial purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tq66 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming
